I just got off the phone with the Korean Embassy. They told me that they only give E-2 visas to people who are applying for the TaLK program and that because I did not give them my certificate of admission to KNU, I could not get a D-2. When I tried giving them my certificate, they said they didn't need it.
So now I don't know what to do. I guess just cry and pray.
